Junior Clerk– Must have a degree from a recognized university (Preference to a degree in Law)– Must have passed Government Commercial Certificate Examination or equivalent
– 40 w.p.m. or above in English Typing and 30 w.p.m. or above in Marathi Typing. 
– Adequate Knowledge of the Regional Language of the Court in the district– Possesses computer Certificate for proficiency in the operation of word processors in Windows and Linux in addition to M.S. Office, M.S. Word, Wordstar-7 and Open Office Org.
Peon/Hamal– Must have passed 7th Class
Stenographer (Grade-3)– Must have a degree from a recognized university (Preference to a degree in Law)– Qualify for Government Commercial Certificate
– Examination or equivalent certificate100 w.p.m. or above in English Shorthand and 80 w.p.m. or above in Marathi Shorthand 
– 40 w.p.m. or above in English Typing and 30 w.p.m. or above in Marathi Typing.
