Additionally, they should have served continuously as a Secretary, as defined in Rule 2(vii) of the H.P. Cooperative Societies Rules, 1971, in a Primary Agriculture Credit Society for a minimum of 5 years.
- Junior Clerk (Under OCS Quota): Candidates must have completed 10+2 with 50% marks or hold a degree from a recognized university. They should have served continuously in a cooperative society for a minimum of 7 years. For candidates with a graduate degree, the required experience is reduced to 5 years instead of 7 years.
